Criteria: Best publishing house
Judging will be based on outstanding achievement in the digital media environment, with evidence of a strong strategic vision, enterprise and innovation, growth of the business and success against the objectives in the judging year. This should be shown through a portfolio of sites or through breadth and versatility within a single site.

In order to judge this award, the following material is required from entering agencies:
- Audited site stats – Unique users, Page Impressions, Time Spent on site, Bounce rates etc. (Increase over the judging year).
- Clear evidence of strategic vision, enterprise and innovation.
- Growth of the business and success against the objectives in the judging year.
