Criteria: Best client
The winning agency will persuade the judges that the customer they have submitted is the premier client to work for in the South African market.

In order to judge this award, the following material is required from entering agencies:
- Verifiable financial reports showing the spend by the customer over the period. This information will be rated by a third party and will NOT be shared with competitors or members of the DMMA
- At least 5 examples of client platforms or campaigns which show the kind of work that has been possible for this customer. Testimonials from agency and client giving a clear indication of why this client has digital savvy and how they create the opportunity for great, successful work to be done. Submission may be in any format
- Documentation and/or presentation explaining how the relationship is contracted and how the client manages its relationship with its agency suppliers. Information provided must be specific and verifiable
- Client contacts for independent consultation by judges
